Digital notary journal

A notary journal that won't let you break the law.

Every state records different fields — and some forbid fields others require. NotaryPilot knows the difference. It prompts what your state requires and blocks what your state prohibits, so you can't accidentally record something that puts your commission at risk. No other journal does this.

WHY IT MATTERS

A paper journal can't stop you from making a mistake. This one can.

Journal rules aren't uniform. Recording the wrong thing can be as much of a violation as omitting a required one.

Prohibited fields, blocked

Texas and Montana prohibit recording ID numbers, SSNs, or biometric identifiers. NotaryPilot doesn't just warn you — in those states it never shows the field, so the violation can't happen.

Required fields, prompted

California wants the ID issuing authority and a thumbprint on deeds and POAs. Texas wants grantee and county on real-property acts. You get exactly the fields your state and act type require.

Legible, searchable, backed up

Signature capture, ID photo, credible witness, RON platform — a clean digital record you can actually search, unlike a shoebox of paper journals.

BUILT FOR THE WORK

Compliant by default — in every state.

Set your commission state once. From then on the journal adapts: per-state required and prohibited fields, conditional fields by act type, and current fee-cap guidance where we've verified it. Keep your state-required paper or bound journal too — this is the searchable business record and backup that makes the rest of your business work.
